Tales of Oliver Pig

This book presents five adventures of Oliver Pig with his family. Oliver Pig experiences a preschooler's life in a loving and understanding family. Oliver bakes cookies with Mother on a rainy day, convinces his little sister Amanda to eat dinner, gets ready to play in the snow, and hides from Father. Mild disputes do occur, such as a fight between two siblings in the second tale, however the young pigs soon make up. Oliver's parents are patient and gentle which will be reassuring to the readers.
